1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl158 website located at jl158.net (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl158 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jl158 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the jl158 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. jl158 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your jl158 account.
• Notify jl158 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

All activity conducted through your jl158 account – including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl158 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl158 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya – instant processing for deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 24 hours.
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank – deposits reflect within 15–30 minutes during banking hours; withdrawals within 1–3 business days.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl158 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

jl158 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jl158 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl158 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all jl158 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jl158 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the jl158 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl158 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

jl158 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl158 Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout – is the property of jl158 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jl158.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any jl158 trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl158 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

jl158 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

jl158's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl158 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

9. Privacy & Data

jl158 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl158 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jl158 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

10. Responsible Gaming

jl158 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

11. Termination

jl158 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent Philippine authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, jl158 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the user's verified payment method following the completion of any required review.

You may close your jl158 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the jl158 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl158 operates in the Philippine online gaming market and acknowledges the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant supervisory authority for online gaming activities in the Philippines.

13. Amendments

jl158 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, jl158 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the jl158 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
